Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items where applicable.

Return Request

To request a return or replacement, please contact Pak Solar Hub with your order details and a clear description of the issue.

For damaged or incorrect products, we may request photographs or videos of the product, packaging, serial number, and received items to help us assess the claim.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection.

Once the product has been inspected, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement, repair, refund, or warranty claim.

Approval of a return does not guarantee an immediate refund, as the product may first need to be inspected and verified.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

The time required for a refund may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges & Replacements

Where applicable, we may replace an eligible product with the same product.

If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, replacement option, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Warranty Claims

Some solar products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Defects that develop after installation or use may be handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty rather than the standard return policy.

Warranty coverage is subject to the individual product’s warranty terms and conditions.
